As children, many of us enjoyed some form of camping experience, from sleeping in a tent in the yard to camping with our family on holidays. However, the American summer camp experience takes camping to the next level.

The America Summer camp tradition started in 1861, and today over 12, 000 summer camps cater to more than 10 million children. These camps generally exist in beautiful, rural areas, typically including a lake or pool. They offer amenities such as large sports fields, cabins, dining halls, creative/performing arts facilities, camp fires and a whole lot more. These camps cater to children from all economic backgrounds, religious faiths and physical abilities. All camps have one goal in common: to provide a safe, rewarding and positive experience for their campers.

TEACH THAILAND

The Thai Ministry of Education (MOE) approved 100 English Second Language (ESL) teaching positions in Government Schools, throughout Thailand.  All positions are GUARANTEED, starting November 2011. No previous teaching experience needed. A Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferred but not a requirement.

All applicants need to complete a 3 week TEFL course in either the exciting capital, Bangkok, the political, social and economic centre of Thailand or, Koh Samui, an island off the east-coast of Thailand, set in tropical surroundings, very popular with tourists from all over the world. This 3 weeks ESL training will equip you with all the necessary knowledge as well as practical experience to become a world-class ESL teacher. You will receive an internationally recognized qualification that can be used anywhere in the world.

After completion of your TEFL course, you will be required to complete a 3 day Thai Culture Training course and all non-Degree holders need to complete an additional 3-day Immersion training in Bangkok.

Each applicant will enter Thailand on a 12 month Non-Immigrant ED (Educational) Visa. This visa can be extended for 1 to 10 years. NO MORE COSTLY VISA-RUNS EVERY 60 days.
